Difference between Sidereal Astrology and Tropical Astrology

As we all know that Telugu astrology is at a rise today but with that people also think that what the difference between Seasonal Astrology and Tropical Astrology is. Sidereal and Tropical are two different types of the science of astrology. They are basically based on two different ways in which a year can be measured.
Simply speaking, a sidereal year is the total time that Earth requires to complete its journey around the Sun while stars remain at fixed positions. These are the celestial bodies that do not move at any point in a year. There are hundreds upon hundreds of these fixed stars.
The word has origins from the Greek word tropikos which means “turn”. So when you hear someone who is talking about Tropics off Cancer and Capricorn, they actually refer to the areas that are located on extreme northern and southern latitudes of earth. These are the areas where sun can be directly overhead and this is where it appears to turn during its course of annual revolution of the plant earth. The time that Sun requires to travel from point to another point in the sky using tropics is commonly called as tropical year since it is all about moving from point of tropics to another in the tropic.
There are minor differences between a sidereal year and a tropical year. A tropical year is just nine minutes shorter or smaller than a tropical year. That doesn’t seem to be a big difference. Or is it?
So how these different ways of year measurement affect zodiac?
Sidereal astrology actually consists of a starting year. The ancient Greeks used to consider Spring Equinox as the starting point of their year and so it was also considered as the starting point of the zodiac. From that starting point, the ancient Greek astrologers divided our sky into 12 segments or categories with a 30 degree division. The star from the constellation of Aries and then named each of the segment after easily recognizable constellation. This early face of astrology was based on cyclical movements. The associations were created using energies and qualities that were related with a specific period of a year. No importance was given to equinoxes as Greeks were only interested seasonal influences of the stars.
